Babies delivered safely for refugee and asylum seeker mums on Nauru
The Republic of Nauru is pleased to welcome four new additions
to the island after healthy babies were born to asylum seeker and
refugee mothers in the RON Hospital over the past three
weeks.
The newborns, two girls delivered naturally and two boys delivered
via caesarean, ranged in a healthy weight from 3.1 kilograms to 3.5
kilograms.
All babies and mums are doing fine.
Two more expectant mums are due to give birth this month.
