PROSECUTIONS OFFICE
The Prosecutions office comprises the Director of Public
Prosecution, the Prosecutor and the Prosecution Clerk. The office
is managed by the Director of Public Prosecutions who reports to
the Secretary for Justice and Border Control. The role of the
Director of Public Prosecution is to represent the Republic in
criminal litigation in both the District Court and the Supreme
Court of Nauru.
