SECRETARIAT
The Secretariat section consists of the following offices.
The below offices report to the Solicitor General who reports
directly to the Secretary for Justice on a daily basis.
A significant and new role of the Secretary for Justice and
Border control is refugee status determinations (RSD) under the
Refugee Conventions Act 2012.(link to RSD page -text below)
